I like that it's easy for my organization to use because of its web-based platform which makes training much more efficient than traditional classroom or instructor led courses. It can be difficult at times to keep up with all of our resources being constantly updated. Other companies might have better support staff but this one has always been good to work with! The biggest benefit we've seen so far from using cybervistas services are greater customer retention rates as well increased employee satisfaction overall. We were able to train over 1k employees in just under two years through their course offerings alone.
