So very slow on tablets

I chose this one because it had a decent number of good reviews. After a while I wonder if any of these reviewers actually used it. It's very slow. So slow that none of my kids want to use it. Often crashes even though the system is updated. I thought about returning it but I'm pretty sure my kids lost their charger. We will keep it and if they break their main units it will be provided as a replacement.
