I know it's baby conditioner but I'm 36 and I use it! I have thick, dry African American hair, and this product not only helped make my hair soft and manageable (I can wet brush it and feel no breakage!), but it also tamed my curls! I've added conditioner to the subscribe and save section because I love this stuff so much. Don't try the shampoo even though it's the worst.
