Stopped working after 3rd use, customer service is good

**UPDATE: I upvoted because the company responded to my review and sent me a new product.**This was a great purchase! Not yet. We left the children's pool splashing for the end of summer. This would be our fourth use of the pump since we bought it a few months ago. Pulled this out to inflate the pool and it worked for about 30 seconds then just stopped. I tried with a regular plug and a car plug, it didn't help. My kids were so disappointed.
