5'6" 140 lbs. Ordered a size smaller than I understood after reading reviews. Mid Summer. It was still a welcome mid summer purchase for the value considering that all local stores and major brands have increased the price of the shirt to $30 + sleeve length Even though the shirt is a size down a little loose it still fits my wrists well and doesn't increase on mine when testing range of motion Forearms up. I have thin/normal shoulders but long arms (arm span 70.5"). +/- 100% polyester. You may or may not like it. It works pretty well although most athletic shirts I own are 90/10 (polyester/ spandex) 90/10 seems to stay tighter on me although not quite as comfortable and comfortable as I'm used to , they still work and were a great alternative to my signature shirts.
