Well here's the story, of course I need a new case for one of my controllers that I have used a lot. He came and I was "happy". I have the right to work on it and I've already encountered problems. I used both 3rd party parts and OEM parts from my old controller. I'm using the dome from my old controller, but this clear plastic part is a third party purchase to ensure it fits properly. I also use the top piece, the LB N RB with b/c sync button is some sort of super glue to keep the sync button well attached. Other things I use, from XYBA OEM controller buttons, old analog sticks, "mine were still pretty good", the BACK N START button I use, 3rd party OEMs don't completely disable it. You can either use the bottom part or luckily my old controller was black so everything looks right. The main issue was rethreading the T8 screws into the new case. Before you even try to drive the screws in, use a small screw bit to widen the plastic holes and you should have a little play trouble. I forgot to mention that if you plan to buy this one used, you will need new analog sticks. The problem with "tightening" them slightly is that the analog sticks don't move smoothly when you put them all the way down. Well I hope this review helps but after you've done it all it looks really good, I still have a hint of white space but I don't mind.
