The geyser coffee maker is gradually replacing the Turk, which I have been used to since childhood (as well as the stereotype "coffee without foam is the wrong coffee"). Foam is not always obtained - you need to follow and pour coffee into a cup in time. Let it rest a little - that's it, there will be no foam! And, oddly enough, with unfiltered water, the result is more predictable. Haven't tried Robusta. As a result, for the daily morning coffee, I will return to the usual mocha. Brikka will stay for afternoon coffee on weekends))
