"Got a watch for my dad in 2017 as a birthday present. Looks great and is a good quality pocket watch). They just stopped working. Very disappointed. "Above is my previous comment. I can say that we are very satisfied with the company. After receiving our feedback, they made every effort to email me personally and ask for a free watch replacement. It's nice when a company cares about its customers. My dad has had the watch for about a month or two since it was replaced and hasn't had any issues with it since. Thanks again for the clock change!
