Average quality, not an outstanding product.

Weak cooler, what kind of 95W is not clear, it is clear that the cooler is budgetary, then they would not be lying.
Ryzen 1200 1.25W core 3.8Hz temperature jumps above 70. If you set it to 1.3 and above, the temperature rises uphill and overheats. On MX4 paste.
Its real TDP is 60, the maximum takes i3 and initial Ryzen.
There are big doubts that it will normally take 1600 Hong Kong and i5 Intels. Overclocking is out of the question.
Be prepared to sit in 60-70 degrees constantly while working. In simple 40, as usual.

Pros

Looks nice, pretty quiet. Inexpensive. Thermal paste included.

Cons

Terrible installation, you need to remove the turntable to properly set. On AM4, this is a wild horror and the clamp is unrealistically tight, it's a wonder how the board did not split in half from such pressure. Only 1600 rpm. Does not take 1200 ryzen in overclocking, above 3.8 Small area of contact with the processor. Very sharp aluminum edges.
