Product worked fine on my 2014 RAM 2500. Here are the steps I used.1. Remove the small plastic plate over the brake release button (it is removed by hand). Now you can see the rod connected to the old broken handle.2. Twist the plastic connector on the broken grip (this is the locking mechanism that attaches the stock to the grip) and remove the stock from the grip (it may take a little force to pull the stock off the grip).3. Remove broken hinges by twisting them up and loosening them from the axle they connect to.4. Internet videos now advise putting the handle on the axle and then attaching the rod to the handle. However, I found the following trick made it a lot easier. In my case, I completely removed the steel rod that connects the brake mechanism to the brake handle. Both ends of the rod use the same type of link lock. With the rod removed it is easy to connect the rod to the handle, then reinsert the rod through the hole in the dashboard and attach the handle to the dashboard axle on which it pivots. (Make sure to turn the locking mechanism on the handle to hold the bar in place). There is much more room to attach a rod to a trigger with the trigger handle attached than there is to attach a rod to a handle when connected to a trigger. Then reattach the steel bar to the brake release under the dash. (Make sure to rotate the locking mechanism to lock the stem in the release mechanism). Test it to make sure it works.6. Finally, reinstall the plastic cover over the brake release handle (it should just snap back into place (easier to install than remove).
