This kit could be great.

This set could be great. If I had to make 6 locks or fewer in my house I would be very happy to get this set, but since I had to make 7 locks I also bought the "Schlage 40-134 Pin Set". I bought the prime line kit mainly because others said the tools are worth it (agree) and that new keys are included (new keys are not included with the Schlage kit). The reason I would have been furious just buying this kit is that it had to have 6 pins for each of the 5 different pins required to replace each lock with the keys provided. Well my kit came with 6 pins of 3 and 2 pins of one and 10 pins of the last so I could only do 2 locks at best! I was like okay I have a Schlage kit with tons of pins so it's okay I just use them to remap the new buttons. Not correct! The pins from the Prime Line kit were not the standard length Schlage pins (I measured them with a micrometer) that came in the Schlage kit, they used a length that was in between the Schlage sizes. It's fine if you're just using the prime-line kit, but there's no mixing and matching. The Prime Line kit had a few tools that the Schlage didn't have, so it wasn't a total loss, but I could have done without it. Pin would have worked as advertised (and their YouTube video is helpful) but since I didn't get the correct pins it was completely useless to me. Even if you have more than 6 lock cylinders, get the Schlage kit. The only annoying thing about the Schlage kit is that you have to have a new key made from scratch by a locksmith.
