This is a nice box designed to hide things from sight and protect them from the rain. The word "must" is here because couriers sometimes leave the goods on the porch anyway. This box is a lot bigger than it looks, which is a good thing. It is quite light and can easily be blown away by strong winds. I fixed this by placing a large concrete step at the bottom. A skilled craftsman can easily attach it to a post, fence or wall. It will be easy to drill a hole in it. I highly recommend putting up a sign at or near this location as it's not clear what its intention is.
