I received a different unit than the one pictured. It works fine so I kept it. I also use it to warm up a cup of tea between waxing. The cord is annoyingly short and an extension cord is a must. For hair removal, I still heat the wax in the microwave, stir it, and then set it on a heating block to keep it warm. It's cold in my house in the winter, and without a microwave, the heater never warms the wax enough. For the price, it should be hotter and maybe include adjustable temperature control. And of course be the product shown in the photo!
