Now that the Inamax wifi adapter is up and running, using 5G is amazing and much faster. To get to this point, Amy from Inamax customer service helped me tremendously. At first it helped to use the google search engine and I just downloaded the zip file. I had trouble downloading the driver because I didn't follow the instructions on T. Everyone helped me through the whole process and everything went quickly from there. Some of their tips may also help you: Open this link in your browser (this is the link you see on the Amazon Startup Instructions page). You will see three files. Do not double-click the file directly. First you need to download the driver and then install it. Hover your mouse over the file named "Windows_driver". You will see the downloaded icon. Click on it and you will download the driver. This is a compressed file that you downloaded. Do not double-click the file to EXTRACT. That is not right. If you double click on it and it says "Sorry! We don't support this operating system!" Right click on the file and EXTRACT it, you will get a folder first. Now double click on it. You will see an icon with the name "Install". Please check the following icon, it should be a blue icon. Double click Install. You can follow the steps of the wizard to install the driver successfully, then restart your computer, and then plug the adapter into the USB -Plug it in. Works great! Thanks again Amy!
