I'd agree with other reviews that say these are hard to cut, at first. BUT after cutting it just pulling them apart a few times, they become perfect! My nearly 2 year old LOVES these and plays with them daily. The Velcro is not wearing out. They are durable, colorful, and a great variety of foods. He loves not only cutting, cooking, serving, and eating them, but finding the matching halves again, too. I love how open-ended play with these is. Good amount of food for the price.
