I wear it all the time. Feels good and is adjustable in all the right places. I haven't figured it out yet, but I'm sure it will do its job well. It's a vest, so the arms are open (of course). The pistol holster is adjustable on the straps, but the straps don't reach far enough forward, making it a bit unstable and inaccessible. Don't think you'll draw your gun quickly.
