I recently made a buy from ccko's online store, and I'm very unhappy with the whole thing. The clothes I got lacked quality, and the sizes were incorrect. The items weren't as good as they appeared in the website's photos. Also not as promised were the jewelry and shoes. To make things worse, I received unprofessional and ineffective responses from ccko's customer service when I contacted them. They didn't reply to my email for days, and when they did, they weren't very useful in helping me solve my problem. They didn't seem as focused on making sure I was a happy client as they did in getting me off the phone. As a product manager, I can confidently state that ccko needs to raise the caliber of its offerings and boost the effectiveness of its customer support. They must value their clients' needs and offer top-notch goods and services if they hope to remain in operation. I won't be shopping there again until that time comes, and I won't tell anyone about it either.
