First off, I have a $3000 chiropractor bill that I am currently paying back. Each time I go in to see him he charges my $80 for the decompression table (25 mins) and then another $48 depending if I need adjusting. This machine basically pays for itself in one use. I purchased it without the belt, which I am currently saving up for (yes its $200 frigging dollars, pure craziness) But this machine does exactly what it is intended to do. I'm not sure how much more the belt will really benefit me, but the price is ridiculous. This machine won't cure you, but at least its the step in the right direction. I suffer from a protruding L4 and L5 and am really trying to avoid surgery. So far so good, I'd say I started at 70% standing straight and im now about 85-90% in about a 2 months. For $ 150, this is a steal
