We have been using WordStream for over a year now and I cannot imagine a better agency partner!

I love that there are so many different features available! The customer service is amazing too - they really want you to succeed!! If someone asks me what my favorite feature is about WS it's definitely the marketing tools (which include Facebook ads).
It makes our job easier than ever before.

There isn't anything in particular I dislike at this point but if we had more time maybe some things would be better? We're still learning how all these functions work together which can take awhile sometimes. But once everything clicks into place, its not something you have to worry much about anymore.

Pros

That almost anyone with access or permission could use most parts of wsworkshop without difficulty/difficulty :) great for beginner companies as well because everyone has freedom within their account no limitations due to lack of resources etc
