Review on 🔪 Tojiro DP Santoku Knife 6.7" (17cm) by Sonja Garcia

I LOVE this knife. This is the best knife I've ever used. For the record, I have fairly small to medium sized hands and can handle this knife very well and comfortably. This thing is SO SPICY, dicing an onion is so easy. That's great. Never return. The only thing I might want to try in the future is a knife with small notches on the blade, as this knife requires me to stop slicing multiple times to get food off the outside of the blade. Maybe I just need to use a big cutting board and cut away! I haven't had any problems with rust or anything like that. I've been using this knife for over a month now. However, I took great care to always clean and dry the knife once I was done cutting.
