I like that they are very easy to communicate with when it comes time for billing or questions about my account. They will answer all of your questions as best as possible until you've been able to reach out again. The customer service is great! We have used them since we started our business in 2008. It's always nice having someone who knows what they're talking about available if you need help at any point along the way. Our website was down one day last year so we called in and had no problem getting an engineer over there within minutes.
