Fragile media that is very difficult to print on. Only recently I was finally able to print a "good" result with this filament (I ordered three different types and they all have the same problems). using nozzles with a diameter of 0.2-1.0 mm. I'm using a solid all metal hot end from Th3dstudio with a 40mm fan and a 5015 fan. I've tried 190c-235c and almost every time the thread gets caught or relined. Seems to get worse with slow printing, suggesting this filament suffers severely from thermal creep despite the extensive measures I have taken to prevent this (including using boron nitride paste to improve heat transfer at the thermal break) . I can "reliably" print this filament if I turn off the retraction completely (with direct drive, the retraction was only 1.5mm). I've also tried PTFE dry lube, both helped but didn't fix the problem.) Overall I don't recommend this brand. I can only assume that the yarn was exposed to high humidity and/or UV rays due to its brittleness, but the texture and flow behavior are still just weird. It appears elastic at the melting point when pushed through the nozzle by hand, turning back into greasy droplets when the pressure is released. Very strange. Buy a lux box or overture instead.
