Good for light exercise.
Pretty cute and light. They are a bit undersized. I'm half a size bigger and they fit just right. In my usual size, they would definitely be too tight. The cushioning is good but I would definitely use a different shoe if doing very intense cardio/lifting. They're great if you wake up a lot or do low-impact cardio. But they are light enough to make good running shoes. I will try to return :)
