Very happy with this set. Good weight, not too heavy and not too light. Good heat distribution. The handles take a long time to heat up. I've used it on the stovetop and in the oven and have no complaints. Be careful when using heat on a stovetop with an electric stove. I got the temperature too high to cook frozen sweet and sour chicken and took a hell of a long time to clean the inside of the pan and severely discolored the bottom. An oven cleaner can take care of that. I cleaned the inside by pouring some vinegar into a hot pan and letting it sit for about 30 minutes. My fault I'm not used to electric stoves. The set is really beautiful but very functional. If you use the right heat, it's very easy to clean.
