I bought this during the pandemic primarily to test strength for various bodyweight exercises and/or band exercises (as many of the bands, particularly those with tubular bands, will imply a resistance/weight level higher than what they normally offer). It works as advertised, takes a minute to assemble, then press the button and you're done! Not surprising given the total weight limit, but at lighter weights (less than 6lbs) it's not the most accurate. However, this is not necessary if it can provide quick readings of much larger weights.
