Ryzen5 2400G with Vega11 IGFX Mobo Setup + This card = No Boeno

Just a warning for those looking to add a discrete graphics card to a Ryzen5 2400G system with integrated Vega11 graphics. You can only use the dedicated GPU for the second monitor in this system configuration as the integrated graphics in the CPU does not allow you to drive the primary display from the dedicated GPU. In addition, a few UEFI BIOS settings have to be changed and drivers installed from the manufacturer's site so that the card is also recognized under Windows 10 with the latest Creators Update. I was able to get Windows to use the dedicated card as the primary display by using a second monitor attached to it after booting up and logging in, but once you shut down and try to boot back into Windows you're greeted with a nice welcomes black screen as IGFX takes over in the processor and recaptures the output signal. The only option I haven't tried is to disable the dedicated Vega11 driver while Windows 10 is set to use the dedicated GPU as the primary display. My theory and concern is that after a reboot the dedicated card still can't be detected leaving me with no screen and no way to go back to windows to fix the problem as dedicated graphics are disabled in device manager. I ordered an external hard drive so I can create a full disk image backup before trying. However, be aware that you will have to fight if you try to use this card with this particular IGFX and ASUS A320 MOBO with Ryzen5 2400G processor. I downgraded the rating a notch due to this annoyance but you really can't blame the card for this issue as the only flaw basically is that this processor and motherboard and bad UEFI bios settings here is the real one are .problem. If you're wondering why anyone would want to put a card of this caliber in a computer with a dedicated GPU like the Ryzen5, it's because the Ryzen5 Vega 11 isn't everything it's supposed to be. My old Windows XP computer which is 10 years old plays movies and games better than this chip. Perhaps because it uses system memory and has to deal with all other system processes, unlike dedicated cards that have their own memory and CPU capabilities. Anyway, I hate Ryzen5 and would love to trash the computer and just shell out a better one with an Intel chip and MOBO, which would require a decent graphics card that would actually do the job right.
