I saw a lot of reviews saying they run big so to order a size down, which I did. But I ended up having to return them because they were way to small. For reference, I’m a size 9 so I ordered the 8.5 at first. I returned those for the 9.5 and they fit just right, if they were any smaller at all then I would’ve had to return those, too. Makes me wonder if the different colors and sizes run differently because I’m really not sure why people were saying they run big, when mine ran small. Anyways, I bought these for taking my dog outside in our yard which means I take them on/off many times a day. And every time I take them off, the insoles come out with my foot and I have to put them back in which is super annoying. I thought about trying to glue them in but I’m not sure how that would work so I ended up just taking the insoles out but now they’re super uncomfy. Luckily I only wear them for a few minutes at a time so it’s not a huge deal. They’re def not perfect, but you really can’t beat the price
