Review on DALSTRONG Butchers Breaking Cimitar Knife Kitchen & Dining by Cindy Epps

Dalstrong knives hit the mark. As a seasoned chef with over 30 years experience in the industry I have tried most of the well known brands. Their names are known. Dalstrong is my favorite without hesitation and I have put together a complete set to use as a cooking set for my competition as well as a cooking instructor for my class. There are too many positive things to say about this review that doesn't sound like a company rep and needs more paper for that. I would highly recommend Dalstrong knives to my students and the professional community that I am a part of. Keep it up David!
