I use this pizza crust rolling pin, it works great as a traditional rolling pin but has other great features too. I can't measure but if you can measure there is a criterion engraved on the side. The feature I love is the spikes on the end, they're great for pizza especially to accommodate dips in your crust, I don't get the science but when I use them it comes out so much better. I have to admit I didn't know what it was until I stopped and got a pizza, I got there early and saw they were using a similar tool to do the same thing. Is it important. This tool is non-stick and easy to clean: wipe it off or throw it in the dishwasher.
