I like how easy it was to use and setup; my practice has been using this product since day one so there wasn't much learning curve for me. The reporting features are not as robust as some other products but they do what you need them too. If you're looking for an efficient way to keep your provider data up-to date and easily accessible then this should be at the top of your list! It allows us to quickly see who's in or out of our clinic via their email address. This helps with scheduling when we have openings. Our staff loves being able to send patients emails directly from the system instead of having to write down notes and hand deliver them later. We also love that we can add any information we want into the database without needing to print things off ourselves.
