I like how easy it was to set up for my practice using our existing eHR platform (Odyssey). The customer support in particular had been great during setup of this product (and other products too!)! It was not intuitive at all when first trying to figure it all out. I like how easy it was to use and implement in our facility. It's very user friendly! There isn't much i dislike about this software or my experience with it. The only problem we had was when we used the "send data" option at times the site would freeze up and not allow us to continue sending information. We were able to resolve our issue by just closing down Firefox and reopening. This caused the program to reload which allowed me to upload more info without any issues. Other than that small…

Very easy to use! There are too many times when I'm in another screen of my computer or iPad at work tryingto find what we need (signing off). It should connect with our electronic medical records so if you're working from home it would be great because your patients do not have access to this info but can see how quickly they were scheduled next time around by checking their calendar app as well!!
