Review on Physician Sign Out by Chris Palmer

I like how easy it was to set up for my practice using our existing eHR platform (Odyssey). The customer support in particular had been great during setup of this product (and other products too!)! It was not intuitive at all when first trying to figure it all out. Have patience with your account manager -- they were always helpful and made sure we got through everything necessary without any issues or concerns from beginning-to-finish so we could get things right away. We needed something to record medical appointments as well in order for us to be fully-compliant - but didn't know whether such functionality would exist elsewhere within an EHR; hence why Odyssey seemed appropriate given their expertise with these types of platforms. It helps to have everything in one place so you don't need paper files anymore - great! I do dislike how hard it was at first when using this product; however with some training we were able fix most of our issues quickly (and still use!). Great way if keeping track/tracking patients' information throughout their visit as well!!
