Review on Physician Sign Out by Brandon Ball

I like how easy it was to use and implement in our facility. It's very user friendly! There isn't much i dislike about this software or my experience with it. The only problem we had was when we used the "send data" option at times the site would freeze up and not allow us to continue sending information. We were able to resolve our issue by just closing down Firefox and reopening. This caused the program to reload which allowed me to upload more info without any issues. Other than that small glitch everything has been great so far! Easy to use and super helpful! Great tool that helps keep track of all patients seen during day shift as well as night shifts. I like that it is HIPAA compliant, the interface is very user friendly and the reports are great. I dislike that it takes a while to load and there are some minor bugs that can be fixed. Make sure to try it out first and see if you can work with the developer to help fix any issues. It has been a great tool for our organization. It allows us to have a secure way to sign out patients and we can easily pull up patient information.
