The ease of use with which I could access my patients' information was very helpful in our daily practice routines as well as when we needed to send off reminders or notifications regarding their appointments! There were some glitches at first but they have been working hard to correct them since then!! They are still not perfect by any means but it's definitely getting better all the time.

As far as this software goes-it has helped me improve workflow efficiency so much! It helps us stay organized without having to print paper copies each day!
