All in all it's a good buy

Pros:1) Powerful bright light2) Dual power source. If you go on a trip without power outlets you can use the rechargeable battery and then replace with AAA when your charge runs out.Cons:1) The beam could be wider.2) The buttons could be easier to find while wearing the unit. I often end up pressing in the wrong place.3) If you use the light for close work, repairs, etc. and you press the wrong button (see con #2) you might activate the motion sensor. Not a good thing to have the lamp turn on and off while you work. :-D
