Our Samsung dryer no longer heats. There was an error code which my husband diagnosed as a worn heater coil. He researched the internet. We ordered this part, my husband installed it in about 90 minutes and we're back in business. Remember to reconnect (connect) the plug that detects that the dryer door is closed. If it is not plugged in, the dryer will detect that the door is open and display a different error code. My husband is a bicycle mechanic and has good hands-on skills. He said the instructions he could find weren't very clear. If someone is not used to fixing things, it may take longer for them to understand. The part can be used for multiple dryers, so the instructions don't always give the exact diagrams of each unit. He couldn't remember exactly what tools were needed, but said they were regular hand tools (screwdrivers, pliers, etc.). Good luck with your car repair ❤️
