I did not expect this quality because you get what you pay for but this cookware is not worth the high price to me. I needed cookware that I could use for heavy cooking that required temperature control and wouldn't easily burn the food or stick to my shoe. I have a glass cooktop in my kitchen and have tried a skillet for cooking dry beans and potatoes. Vegetables with less oil to avoid unhealthy cooking, hence the need for thick-bottomed pots and pans. However I am very disappointed with this because both the beans and the potatoes started to stick to the bottom which I wasn't expecting, poor quality for the price I paid.
