Based on my observations this knife is a great addition to any kitchen .The ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip and the sharp blade makes slicing a breeze. It`s impressive how easily this knife cuts through meats, vegetables, and fruits. The only downside is that it may take some practice to get the angle of the blade just right for your cutting style.
