These are great winter hats. This is the second set we have received because we love them so much. They keep my kids head/neck warm and protected from the cold/wind. I like them better than plain fleece because of the outer lining that blocks the wind. It doesn't have a lot of stretch, but I love this feature because I know my kids will stay warm if it's closer to the skin. Some people have talked about customization on the side and how it doesn't work. Yes, it's only on one side, so pull it up so it fits snugly against your face. I wash it inside out and tumble dry it.
