I received the item tonight and did not expect it to fit --just hoped because per the measurements, I was to purchase a 5X. Well, I purchased a XXL and it fits like a glove. Have patience in putting this one. I took many "breathing" breaks, only to find I skipped a hook. That happened twice and there are too many hooks to continue skipping hooks. But I tried it on over my compression faja and I have no complaints yet. I did not sit down, so that may be a different experience when I do, but so far so good.
