Review on Cordiant Sport 3 215/65 R16 102V summer by Stanislaw Malkinski ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

There are deviations, in general it is tolerable.

In general, I will tell you about my experience with this tire. It was time to change tires at the FFZ, but since I planned to sell a car, it was a pity to buy good tires. Decided to take CORDIANT SPORT3 215/55/17 (took 3 per wheel). The first impression, when I loaded the tires into the car, is that it is very heavy (compared to the same size winter Chinese and native Michelin) In general, after driving for almost a year on this rubber, I can say that the tires are normal. Not super comfortable of course, but you can ride. What annoyed me the most was the stiffness on small bumps. If I took tires for a long time, I would pay extra 500-700 per wheel and take something from Korean analogues, they seem to me to be softer.

Pros
  • From dignity, I can say this is definitely the price, strength, wear resistance, good handling due to the pattern. Predictable braking distance.
Cons
  • Rigid. On good asphalt goes smoothly. On small irregularities, everything passes to the steering wheel. Maybe such a composition of rubber, less rubber, more graphite of some kind. Such tires are most likely suitable for cars with soft suspension such as Sonata or Mondeo.
