If your Model 3 is silver then the difference will be negligible (but very neat) because the knobs are already silver chrome plated. Color match is not perfect for all colors (as shown in photos) but perfect for metallic silver. The transfer sheet makes it easy to apply the grips, simply pre-wipe with glass cleaner and ensure no dust is left during application. From a short distance the handles blend even more and look like they were drawn with a pencil on a machine, giving a very cool effect. There are a couple of spots (namely the front corner of the grip at its thinnest point) where the fit isn't 100% perfect, but that's only noticeable if you press your nose against the grip and look closely. The instruction card (it has a sketch by Mr. Tesla himself) states that it is made from 100% recycled paper and encourages the buyer to recycle it again - a thoughtful message.
