Great base! in my rating
Bought 2 of these sizes xs (4) for my 2.5 year old son who is 40" and 32lbs. They're a bit big but fit well (not too wide for the length of many tops) and wash so well I didn't want to wait for him to outgrow them! There was no shrinkage even when I accidentally set the dryer to heat.
