The battery is terrible - it drains very quickly. Lost a child? It's better to move fast like a sea dog to beat a dying battery. The app doesn't work very well either. I was at my house in Iowa but he showed I was in a different state? And as if that wasn't enough, charging the device is difficult. The first charging station I got was loose on the charging cable - I had to lean against the wall and use books to get a tight fit. They sent a replacement charger and the same problem recurred. I sent it back for a full refund and got an immediate response saying I'd exceeded the 2 week return window - e.g. B. 1 day :) Is this US Post? Sorry we close at 5pm and it is now 5:01pm. I told them it didn't even work for 2 weeks and that I was trying to get a broken device to work! If you care about your loved ones, don't pursue them with it. Buy this device if you want a device that doesn't charge, holds a charge and doesn't tell you exactly where your loved one is.
