No good instructions included. But go to Tracfone website and click "Buy Now" (for phones), then click "Blu" to filter on the next screen, then click "Blu View 2". You are now on the right page. Then click Tutorials. It also has a place to click the manual, which I didn't do because my eyes always glaze over. The tutorials are simple and clear. The phone itself is good, but turns on slowly. Even after I uninstalled some apps (tutorials) it still starts slowly. Overall a good buy for a smartphone in this price range.
