My first impression even before I saw the device was how clean, professional and informative the packaging was. Everything you need to know is printed on the box. This is GREAT because most of us never read the instructions. The oral irrigator is smooth and feels good in the hand. Even with a full water tank, it's not too heavy. My floss arrived fully charged but I still left it on all night to make sure it was working properly. There are 6 modes - I use the medium mode as the water jet is surprisingly powerful for such a small device. Now a quick note for you. This device sprays a lot of water in the 45 seconds it takes to empty. When using it for the first time, the jet of water hit the ceiling in the bathroom! Once you get the hang of it, it's a great little device. The massage mode works well on the gums, and the water jet is powerful enough to remove all food debris. The tongue cleaner is great - it tickles a bit so be prepared. In general, I like the unit very much.
