I am very satisfied. They are beautiful and worked well in my electric pressure cooker. I have an 8 liter container that can hold 2 of these molds/bowls at a time. To give you an idea of how much food you can hold, I put together 2 eggs, a slice of chopped cheese, some tomatoes and a few scallions. This left enough room for the food to expand as it cooked. They were well packed in a box, each separated by styrofoam dividers and the foam wrapped around, secured with tape. Just before or after they arrived (it was 1-2 days later), customer service sent me an e-book with dessert recipes. I haven't tried any of these, but appreciate the tags that are added to each recipe that let a potential cook know if a recipe is suitable for diabetics, for example. I haven't used them just as bowls yet, but they would be great when you have a small bowl of cereal, an appetizer, or if you want them to hold the sauce for the fries. On the other hand, after my purchase, I contacted this seller's support and they responded quickly and politely. Would do business with this seller again. Thanks very much!
