I was very excited to bring this printer to market. Perfect for my home office where I work 8 to 10 hours a week. Well, even though it looks smooth, it definitely looks like you'll break it if you touch it haha. The biggest downside (and I'm still trying to figure out whether to return it or not. It hasn't happened often enough to call it a big problem) is that the printer often won't pull paper to print. You can hear the rubber track turning inward to pick up the paper, but the paper will not feed. Then the printer throws an error saying the paper is out, too full, or jammed. None of that happens. Then you have to restart the damn thing. I've tried troubleshooting through the Canon website, but like I said, it doesn't happen often enough to make me very frustrated. On the other hand, I only had it for 3 days. Hope this review helps!
