This is a cute teapot and kettle combo. It has a nice wide base so the water only heats up quickly when brewed on medium heat as advertised. Thick glass creates a sense of strength and the wide handle doesn't heat up at all. The additional screen is well made with tiny perforations. Chrome-plated lid easily assembles and disassembles for easy cleaning. I am very happy that this kettle holds 40 ounces. I can brew up to five cups of tea at once. Excellent price without sacrificing quality. Great gift idea. I doubt there could be a better choice than this pretty teapot.
