Sharp as a Samurai Sword

This sashimi knife is an excellent addition to your kitchen.My analysis of this product showed that it is incredibly sharp and perfect for slicing delicate fish. I was able to execute clean cuts without squishing my fish. The handle also has a comfortable grip which made using this knife a breeze.
